Why Orchids Struggle

Orchids are not pot plants.

In nature, orchids are epiphytes — they grow on trees, not in soil. Every pot traps roots, blocks airflow, and holds moisture that leads to rot.

✗ In a pot
Roots suffocate without airflow
Water accumulates and causes rot
Unnatural posture stunts growth
Blooms are sparse and short-lived
✓ On a tree
Roots breathe freely in open air
Natural drainage, zero waterlogging
Mimics epiphytic natural habitat
Healthier roots, more abundant blooms

Simple to Install

Three steps. One transformation.

01

Unfold the panel

Place the flat panel against the tree trunk at your desired height. The curved back conforms naturally to the bark.

02

Curve & attach

Bend the panel around the trunk and secure the two anchor brackets. No tools required.

03

Plant & enjoy

Nestle your orchid with a bit of spanish moss. Nature does the rest — airflow, drainage, natural growth.

Why It Works

Built for how orchids actually grow.

360° Airflow

The open lacework allows constant air circulation around roots — just like in the wild.

Natural Drainage

No tray. No pooling. Water drains freely. Roots never sit wet.

Natural Habitat

Orchids evolved as epiphytes. Tree-mounting replicates the conditions for the healthiest blooms.

Garden Elegance

The geometric pattern transforms any tree into a living sculpture. A design statement, not just a planter.

US Patented

Intellectual Property

The only one of its kind.

The Orchids Nest Basket is a registered US design patent — the result of years of development, botanical research, and real-world testing. There is no other tree-mounting orchid basket with this patented geometric design.

Have Questions?

Everything you need to know.

Which orchid species work with the basket?

Compatible with most epiphytic orchids: Phalaenopsis, Oncidium, Dendrobium, Cattleya, Vanda, and more. Any orchid that naturally grows on trees will thrive.

Can I use it indoors?

Yes. The basket mounts on any tree-like surface — real trees outdoors, or wooden posts, decorative columns, or indoor trees like Dracaena or Ficus.

How do I water the orchid?

Mist the roots and moss every 2-3 days. The open basket design means you can never overwater.

What tree sizes does it fit?

The flexible panel adapts to trunk diameters from about 4" to 18". Fits most garden trees — palms, oaks, mangoes, avocados, and more.

Does installation damage the tree?

No. The anchor brackets rest against the bark without penetrating it. Can be repositioned or removed at any time without leaving marks.
